FAQ AND CONTACT
First, check your Spam or Junk folders; the email might have been caught up there. If you still cannot find the invitation, do not try to register again as you can only register with the same email address once. Please contact us through the form below with your full name and the email used in the registration and we will send you a copy of your registration.
If you are unable to attend the fair, you can check out the list of exhibitors in the ‘Exhibitors’ section. From there, you will be able to find contact details for representatives and communicate with institutions directly. We also invite you to use our online search for courses abroad at Viva-Mundo
BMI are the organisers of the fairs and do not offer scholarships or funding to study abroad. However, there may be some institutions offering funding and you can speak directly to a representative about your options at the fair. You can also speak to the education agency of many countries who can give you information on the costs, scholarships (if available), cost of living, etc
Parents do not need to register if they are coming with you. However, friends, brothers, sisters and cousins must register. By doing so they will also receive the latest information about the fair including the seminar schedule. The registration will generate a bar-code ticket to give you free fast track entry to the fair.
The fair takes place in London every September and March but you can’t make it, you can start your course search right now on Viva-Mundo. There you will be able to access a list of past fair exhibitors.
We apologise in advance if the fair does not make it to your city this year. Generally, the representatives of international institutions travel to many fairs around the world and therefore their availability is limited.
Though if you know the country and type of course you want, please use the contact form below and we will pass on your information to the relevant institution.
My parents made me go to the fair and I am glad they did! I never knew there were so many options for studying overseas and that university fees are cheaper in other countries. I chose France!Abegail Aiken
